We as a living being always looking for a way to live longer. It is our natural instinct to seek longevity. How long a human can live is determined by their lifestyle. 1. Stop Smoking
If you want to live longer, then you ought to stop smoking. Smoking can cause heart disease, osteoporosis, emphysema, other chronic lung problems, and stroke. 2. Healthy Diet
